  9. Open Meeting Adjournment to go into Executive Session for Exemption 2: To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel.
  10. Motion: Move into executive session to conduct a strategy session in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel and not reconvene in open session.
